Product Application

Blower working principle

Roots blower is a double rotor compressor, the axis of the two rotors are parallel to each other. The rotor is composed of an impeller and a shaft, and the impeller and, the impeller and the casing and the wall plate are provided with a tiny gap to avoid mutual contact friction. Two the rotor is driven by a pair of synchronous gears driven by the original, and is rotated in the opposite direction.

With the mutual engagement of the two gears, the inlet and outlet of the blower are not communicated directly. The impeller and the casing and the wall plate are enclosed into the base unit volume, so as to achieve the effect of conveying gas.
