Brief description & Working principle

Series "BT" (Blo-Thru) Rotary Valve is a drop-thru valve with a conveyline built into the bottom of the end plates.

This Rotary Valve is used to meter sticky or cohesive powder bulk materials in an pneumatic conveyor.

The conveying air blow through the valve's rotor pockets to assist the material's discharge.

Rotary valve designed specifically for sanitary applications, such as food processing, pharmaceutical processing,

and chemical or plastics applications,designed with multiple features that reduce material buildup inside the valve housing that can occur during operation .

i, High-pressure Roots Blower Low noise
Rotary Valve work with roots blower for coffee bean with adoption of helical tri-lobe roots rotors and the discharge port of special geometry, the airflow noise is much lower compared to typical straight-lobe roots blower. The noise level can be reduced by 8db in the band of low frequency; hence the noise in the surroundings of blower can be significantly improved.
