Product Application

As a kind of typical gas pressurization and conveying machinery, roots blower in the specific pressure area has wide applicable characteristics. The traffic is usually 0.5 ~ 800 m3 / min, up to about 1400 m3 / min, single stage work pressure of 53.3 ~ 98 kpa, two-stage series, which can realize - 80 ~ 200 kpa.

In terms of application, most of roots blower for the use of air blower. Their use in building materials, electric power, metallurgy, chemical and petrochemical, mining, ports, textile, pharmaceutical, paper making, aquaculture and so on many fields. Using air tightness good sealing device, also can be used to transport air outside of the gas, such as hydrogen, industrial oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulphide, methane and acetylene, coal, etc.

Blower working principle

Roots blower is a double rotor compressor, the axis of the two rotors are parallel to each other. The rotor is composed of an impeller and a shaft, and the impeller and the impeller, the impeller and the casing and the wall plate are provided with a tiny gap to avoid mutual contact friction. Two the rotor is driven by a pair of synchronous gears driven by the original, and is rotated in the opposite direction.
With the mutual engagement of the two gears, the inlet and outlet of the blower are not communicated directly. The impeller and the casing and the wall plate are enclosed into the base unit volume, so as to achieve the effect of conveying gas.
