The performance and system requirement of Roots blower

1.the impeller of Roots blower and lubrication system

1.1 Direction of turning:For the fan belt wheel (coupling), the counterclockwise on the left side as the positive direction;clockwise on the right side as the positive direction .All accessories of Roots blower including base, actuator, import and export of silencer, pressure gauge, safety valve, flexible joint, check valve, cushions, anchor bolt and its fittings, etc.

1.3 The impeller is nodular cast ironQT500-7 and the axis is the NO.45 high quality carbon steel.Impeller type is complex,less leakage during operation.The axis in cold state,impeller diameter 0.04mm can be made again after heating , the hydraulic pressure to the fixed position slowly, operating at a high speed axis between the impeller and keep the interference of 0.01 mm, make it not loose leaf axis at high speed.

1.4 Roots blower synchronous gear adopts spur gear structure.

1.5 The one side axis of Roots blower adopts splash lubrication,another side axis adopts grease lubricantion. Adopting splash lubrication on both ends of the dual fuel tank's fan.

1.6 Roots blower cooling way is water cooling /air cooling ,the transmission way is drive/pulley, blower fan for single stage.

1.7 Roots blower fits in motor on institutional characteristics, working conditions, environmental conditions, the motor insulation class is F, protection class is IP54, 380 v, 50 hz.

i, High-pressure Roots Blower Low noise
Roots blower conveying gas with adoption of helical tri-lobe roots rotors and the discharge port of special geometry, the airflow noise is much lower compared to typical straight-lobe roots blower. The noise level can be reduced by 8db in the band of low frequency; hence the noise in the surroundings of blower can be significantly improved.
